Managed IT. Custom AI. Places that understand themselves.

Sevion Tech keeps business technology fast, secure and out of the way. We also build the models that let a restaurant, a building or a whole downtown answer a plain question, with the evidence attached.

Who we are

A founder-led technology firm that builds what it runs.

Small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same caliber of IT and AI capability that large enterprises take for granted, without the bloat, the jargon or the surprise invoices. We stay deliberately lean, we automate relentlessly, and we treat your environment like it is our own.

The same discipline carries into our products. The sensing and AI stack behind our smart-building work runs today on real downtown properties, and the hospitality module is the same stack sized for one room.

What we do

Three practices, one team.

Managed services

Managed IT

End-to-end management of your technology stack, so your team can focus on the business.

  • 24/7 monitoring, patching and maintenance
  • Security, backup and disaster recovery
  • Microsoft 365 and cloud administration
  • Network design, firewalls and Wi-Fi
  • A helpdesk that actually answers
Custom AI

AI built into your business

Purpose-built AI that works inside your operation, not a chatbot bolted on the side.

  • AI agents and workflow automation
  • LLM integration with your data and tools
  • Private and on-premises AI deployments
  • Document, email and process intelligence
  • Practical roadmaps: start small, prove value
Smart places

Buildings and cities you can ask

Cameras, building systems, sensors and screens fused into one model of a place, answered on-prem.

  • Large Building Model: one building, understood
  • Large City Model: a downtown you can query
  • Operations: alerts that come to you, with evidence
  • Hospitality and retail module for single venues
  • Open, versioned API: use our screens or build yours
Smart buildings and cities

From language, to buildings, to cities.

Large language models learned to reason over text. A Large Building Model reasons over everything a building senses. Connect many of them and you get a Large City Model: a downtown you can ask questions of. It is a reasoning layer over fused, evidence-tracked observations, not one giant model trained on everything, so every answer traces back to what was actually observed.

LCMLarge City Model

Many buildings plus street sensing, transit, screens and events. A city you can ask.

The destination
An eight-story brick building at blue hour in x-ray cutaway, hundreds of sensor points linked to a glowing core, with question cards about temperature, propped doors, empty heated floors and garage capacity.

Ask the building.

A typical building already has hundreds of sensors, each reporting to its own system. The building model fuses them so you can ask a plain question and get an answer with its evidence attached. When a thermostat, a damper position and an occupancy count all point the same way, that is a finding, not a guess.

Aerial view of a riverfront downtown with a highway, streets traced in light and a festival by the river, with question cards about busy blocks, highway backups, bus timing and festival attendance.

Ask the city.

Scale the same idea across a downtown. Foot traffic, vehicle flow, transit, screens and events become one model of how the city actually moves. Every answer is an aggregate about a place: counts, flows, timing. It is never a record about a person, which is what makes the answers safe to share and valuable to sell.

A brick building with its elevator shaft glowing amber. A thread of light runs to an operator at a wall of screens and to a technician walking toward the building with a phone.

Problems come to you.

Today, building staff chase problems. Here the problem finds the right person: sensors detect it, an operator confirms it in one console, the right technician is dispatched, and the fix is logged with its evidence. Events about equipment can route on their own. Anything that involves a person waits for a human to look first.

The archive compounds.

Every observation is kept with its evidence and checked by people. Over months and years that becomes a verified history of how real buildings and streets behave. Some questions only history can answer: what a normal Tuesday looks like here, or which buildings are drifting from their energy baseline.

The privacy stance is part of the product

More understanding. Less suspicion.

A camera that knows nothing has to treat everyone unusual as a suspect. A place that knows its own normal can leave people alone. Four commitments are built into the architecture.

Recognize patterns, forget persons.

Anomaly is a question, never a verdict.

Certainty only about the aggregate.

The product is knowing when not to.

Hospitality and retail module

Ask the restaurant. Ask the store.

The same stack, sized for one room. Your Wi-Fi, cameras, screens and guest list working as one system that answers in plain words, sold as one monthly bill with the hardware included. We own, install, monitor and replace the gear.

A brick corner restaurant on a riverfront at blue hour, its cameras, Wi-Fi access point and specials screen linked by threads of light to a glowing core.
How full is the bar right now?14 of 16 seats · busier than a normal Friday
Did Tuesday's email bring anyone back?41 guests · matched to point-of-sale
Was the back door open after close?1:40–1:52 AM · clip saved · you decide
Which offer works on lapsed guests?Free appetizer · won 3 campaigns in a row
Guests

Wi-Fi that builds your list

A branded sign-in page collects email with consent. Offers go to lapsed guests, every campaign holds back a control group, and your point-of-sale export proves what actually came back.

Cameras

AI cameras that know your normal

Counts by hour, every Friday compared to your Fridays, and an alert only when something is unusual. The clip lands on your phone as a question. You mark it real or false.

Screens

A specials screen you run from your phone

Menus and specials on a commercial display, changed on your schedule. Impressions are measured by the same cameras, so the screen earns its place.

One box

Firewall, recorder and AI in one quiet unit

Automatic failover to your backup internet, active threat protection reviewed around the clock, guest and staff networks kept apart, and battery backup. Your point-of-sale is never touched.

Retail

The same loop for a shop

Door counts, window dwell and busy hours against your own walk-ins, a guest list from your Wi-Fi, and campaigns matched to your point-of-sale instead of a restaurant's checks. Aggregate only: no demographics, and no proxies for them.

Your tools, your way

Owner app and an open API

Alerts, clips, regulars and campaigns on your phone, with Microsoft 365 sign-in. Every insight also comes through one documented API, so your data never gets stuck behind someone else's paywall. People are anonymous IDs kept on the box in your building. Wi-Fi works without an email, and any guest can ask to be deleted.

Security

Baked into everything we manage.

Security is not an add-on we sell you later. Attackers use AI now, so do we.

Credential protection

Zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted credential vaulting and sharing built on Dashlane. No passwords in email threads or spreadsheets. Access is granted per person, revoked in seconds, and monitored for exposure.

AI-native threat detection

Through Guardz, every client gets 24/7 AI-native detection and response that correlates signals across identities, email, endpoints and cloud data, backed by identity threat detection and enterprise-grade endpoint protection.

Cloud data exfiltration protection

Continuous monitoring of your cloud environment for externally exposed data, risky sharing and leaked credentials, including dark-web and external-footprint scanning. Data walks out the door on your terms or not at all.

The human layer

Phishing simulations and security awareness training keep your team sharp against the AI-powered phishing and social engineering that firewalls cannot stop.

Experience

The short version of a long career in technology.

  • Decades of hands-on experience designing, securing and operating production IT environments, from on-premises datacenters to AWS and Azure cloud.
  • Led infrastructure, networking and security for multi-site organizations, supporting hundreds of users and the systems their businesses run on.
  • Deep background in virtualization, storage, identity and business continuity: the unglamorous foundations that keep companies running.
  • Early and practical adopter of AI: building agents, automation pipelines, edge vision models and LLM-powered tooling that ships to real users, not slide decks.
